Breast Imaging Services

Women who are uninsured or underinsured may be eligible for a free mammogram or other women’s health services through the Breast and Cervical Cancer Project.

Experience and Advanced Imaging

Our Miami Valley Hospital and Miami Valley Hospital North breast centers each have been named an American College of Radiology (ACR). Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, achieving ACR accreditation in areas beyond the mandatory mammography accreditation. This includes stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. They’re also certified participants in the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers.

In addition, our High Risk Breast Cancer Program provides special testing and monitoring for women at high risk of developing breast cancer because of family or personal history.
