I'm impressed with the wait times. Within 5 minutes in the waiting area I was called back, and in the examination room my doctor came in within 5 minutes of the MA assessment.

I have never been treated as well as have been with Dr Herbert and her staff. All professional and caring. Dr Herbert takes time and listens. In the past, with previous provider they rushed and never really made me feel comfortable to ask more questions. I'm very grateful for finding Dr Herbert. She and her staff has gone above and beyond with my insurance to get approved for care. I wouldn't be where I'm at if is wasn't for her and her team. They're assets to Premier!
