My experience was excellent on all counts.

The staff is professional. The doctors are amazing. They take their time with you. They talk to you and need to listen to you. I'm so grateful for this.

Terrible communication outside the office. I requested a blood test via MyChart after starting a new medication and received no response. During last visit, I had several questions and concerns regarding upcoming infusion therapy. Did not receive the follow-up call I was promised.

There was some confusion about adding lab orders from my primary care physician. It was sorted out successfully but it was a bit unsettling and the nurse who drew blood was not happy that I was requesting something she was not familiar with.

Appointment time was 1:15pm dr didn't come till 2pm. He did apologize for being late. I was also the only patient there.

Even for a midday appointment, everything was on time. The nurse who took my blood did so painlessly.

Original appointment was rescheduled 12 days later and I am confused as to whether my situation is urgent

The only paperwork we get from this Dr. is that we were there for appt. Paper showed BP, Weight and etc. I complained that we never get the info regarding what we talked about. I can't get into a MyChart, but evidently, he knew this, so he printed out a page with bloodwork that was just done in their office so I could share this with our family. Glad we only see him every 6 months.

Very compassionate and caring people in this practice. From the moment that you walk into this office , the staff and the Doctor treated me as my health and my concerns are number one. I would highly recommend .
