Overall a good experience

Dr. Indresh Venkatarayappa was amazing. He fixed my broken humerus after a fall from my horse. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything he was planning on doing and made sure I understood the entire surgical and healing process. He made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with.

Once I got there, everything was great on time quick in and out getting there is a quest on time had to be very persistent to get an appointment in the reasonable amount of time

I just had my one year follow up and (hopefully) won't be needing to come back. Everyone in this office has been great to work with over the last year. I used MyChart to communicate often and always received quick replies. I was able to come in when I had a concern. Dr Indresh was awesome to work with, flexible, responsive, and caring.

Arrived early, Got me into a room within 2 minutes of arrival, had x-Ray within 5 minutes of room assignment, and Dr was in explaining results right after. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than the visit itself.

Everything was fine! Dr. Indresh was very nice and answered and listened to my questions. His intern was also very nice and very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and helpful. However the receptionist when checking out, she seemed bothered by me and didn't know much and not very friendly. She wouldn't help with an appointment at your Dayton location. She said I had to call them myself. I have deal with offices where they offer different locations and have always make the appointment for me at the location that was best for me. Everyone was very nice, friendly and my appointment was on time. This never happened at a doctor's appointment. Very impressive! Thank you!

Dr Indresh is like most specialty surgeons, he was a little brief yet to the point and he is attentive, as he listened to my history, he checked the X-rays and discussed the option to surgical invention and I chose that route as I need to have my knee replaced but that surgeon wants my arm fixed first. Overall, he is very knowledgeable and patient!!

The doctor was wonderful with attending to my needs and explaining and answering all my questions. The staff was also wonderful.
