The Cartiva synthetic cartilage implant has shown that it is consistently helping patients stay pain free and functional, even two years after the initial implant surgery, according to Premier Health Specialists’ (PHS) physicians.
PHS physicians call the new technology of the implant “a significant leap forward in what we have done previously.” And, they added that the Cartiva implant has a low risk of failure, unlike silicone or titanium implant that have been used for the past couple decades.
