What if the condition cannot be answered through an E-Visit?
Though your health care provider will do his or her best to help treat you by E-Visit, if that is what you prefer, some conditions are better treated in person.
If you are not cleared for an E-Visit after you answer the questionnaire within MyChart, you will not be charged for your visit.
Instead, a staff member will help you set up an in-person visit with your health care provider.
