Telehealth Partnerships With Wayne HealthCare
As a proud, long-standing partner of Wayne HealthCare, Premier Health provides residents of Darke County and the surrounding area with important access to care via telehealth options. When moments matter, our board-certified neurologists work virtually with the caring staff at Wayne HealthCare 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure rapid evaluation and treatment after a stroke occurs to maximize rehabilitation and recovery for patients.
We also partner to provide TeleEEG services to diagnose and monitor seizures and other brain disorders. And through our TeleIntensivist partnership, coming in late 2020, critical care providers at Miami Valley Hospital will collaborate with the ICU team at Wayne HealthCare to help remotely manage critically ill patients in the ICU using a telemedicine audio/video link, providing many seriously ill patients the ability to remain close to home.
