Take a proactive approach to living a healthy lifestyle by participating in our health screening event. Premier Community Health will be offering blood pressure and blood glucose checks to community members, at absolutely no cost. Screenings are available to anyone 18 years and older. Walk-ins only. No prior registration is needed. Join us today to make a difference in your overall health and well-being.

Free on-site parking. Please enter through the main entrance. (It’s off Route 4. It will technically be the second Eastwood MetroPark entrance; the first entrance is only to the lake, and there is no access to the park itself). Park in the available parking spots in the big lot. Please note- restrooms will be available for the staff.
