Premier Health offers group exercise for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Premier Health Parkinson's Wellness Program is as evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's Disease by optimizing their physical function and delaying the progression of the symptoms. This is a 12-week class, running April 14, 2025- July 7, 2025. Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays.
