Four Premier Health Specialty Offices Relocate

DAYTON & TROY, Ohio (December 13, 2013) – Samaritan Infectious Diseases, Premier Infectious Diseases, Miami County Surgeons and Upper Valley Orthopaedics will each re-locate to new locations.

Samaritan Infectious Diseases is now located in the Miami Valley Hospital North building at 9000 N. Main St., Suite 305. The practice – which includes two physicians – will have patient hours on Tuesday and Wednesdays from 12:30 to 5:00 pm. The office can be contacted at (937) 208-8885.

Premier Infectious Diseases has moved to a new 3,450-square-foot office space at 1222 S. Patterson Blvd., Suite 120, Dayton. The office – which includes three physicians – will have office hours on Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office can be contacted at (937) 208-8885.

Both Samaritan Infectious Diseases and Premier Infectious Diseases provide care related to detecting and treating infectious diseases including HIV.

Miami County Surgeons is now located at the Physician’s Office Building at Upper Valley Medical Center located at 3130 N. County Road 25A, Suite 214, in Troy. The practice includes five physicians and provides surgical services to Miami County and surrounding areas. Patient hours at this new location are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday. The office can be contacted at (937) 332-8777.

Upper Valley Orthopaedics has moved to the Physician’s Office Building at Upper Valley Medical Center located at 3130 N. County Road 25A, Suite 116, in Troy. The practice – which includes three physicians and offers services such as hand, foot, knee, hip and shoulder surgeries as well as joint replacements, pediatric orthopaedics and sports medicine – will have patient hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
