Liberty Family Medicine Joins Premier HealthNet

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (September 1, 2014) –   Liberty Family Medicine has joined Premier HealthNet, enabling the Dayton-based physician group to expand its presence in the southwestern market. The practice, located at 7136 Office Park Dr., was started by Aleda Johnson, MD, a family practitioner and resident of the West Chester community.

“After several years of private practice, I knew it was a good time to partner with a larger health care organization. I looked at several systems and spoke with many physicians in the market and found that Premier had a strong name and presence,” Dr. Johnson said. “I am pleased to be a part of the Premier HealthNet team.”

Dr. Johnson, a native of Northeastern Ohio, received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. After completing her residency at Bethesda Family Practice in Cincinnati, she spent several years serving at the Middletown Community Health Center before opening her own practice. Dr. Johnson has a special interest in women’s health and preventive care.

“I spend a lot of time educating patients and making sure they understand the disease process they are dealing with. It’s my desire that they know what needs to be done in order to lead a healthy lifestyle,” said Dr. Johnson, who also actively serves her community through her church and her children’s various activities.

Liberty Family Medicine serves patients in West Chester and its surrounding communities, including Mason, Hamilton, Monroe and Middletown. New patients are welcome and most insurances are accepted. To schedule an appointment, call (513) 755-1912.
