Two physicians join Premier Orthopedics
Competitive sports not just for high school and college athletes
DAYTON, Ohio (August 20, 2015) – Premier Orthopedics – a comprehensive orthopedic and sports medicine practice - is excited to announce the addition of two new physicians to its team.
Michael Herbenick, MD, received his medical degree from and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Wright State University School of Medicine. He later finished a fellowship in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in California. Dr. Herbenick serves as team physician for Centerville High School and orthopedic consultant for the University of Dayton.
Joseph Rubino, MD, received his medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine and finished a fellowship in sports medicine from the University of Virginia. He serves as the head team physician at Miami University’s Middletown campus as well as orthopedic consultant for the University of Dayton and Springboro High School. He is also active in the local community serving as a mentor to YMCA of Greater Dayton’s Teens in Action program, and as a board member of First Tee of Greater Miami Valley.
