Springboro Family Medicine moves to new location

DAYTON, Ohio (November 4, 2016) – Springboro Family Medicine will move to a new location this fall. The Premier HealthNet practice will be located at 630 N. Main St., Springboro, effective Nov. 1. The practice includes Dori Thompson, MD, Mary Lou O'Brien, FNP and Jaime Adleta, FNP.

Springboro Family Medicine sees patients of all ages and offers health maintenance and disease management. The practice is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, called (937) 748-4211.
