Premier Physician Network Opens Upper Valley Family Medicine 

PIQUA, Ohio (April 24, 2017) – Premier Physician Network announces the opening of  Upper Valley Family Medicine in Piqua.

Upper Valley Family Medicine includes Stuart Edmiston, DO, and  Wendy L. Wolfe, FNP.

Dr. Edmiston received his medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Doctors Hospital of Stark County. Ms. Wolfe is a certified nurse practitioner who received both her bachelor’s and master’s of nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Upper Valley Family Medicine is dedicated to the Miami County and northern Dayton communities and is located inside Upper Valley Medical Center’s Outpatient Care Center-North, at 280 Looney Road in Piqua.
