TROY, Ohio (October 2, 2017) – Todd Anderson, MD, is joining Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health, a practice within Premier Physician Network. Dr. Anderson specializes in adult psychiatry. He received his medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He did a general psychiatry residency at Texas A&M HSC School of Medicine.
