DAYTON, Ohio (October 30, 2017) – Clista Moore, CNP, is joining Family Medicine of Huber Heights, a practice of Premier Physician Network. Mrs. Moore received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Ohio University.
