Himad Ullah Khan Khattak, MD, is joining Middletown Cardiology Associates

DAYTON, Ohio (August 31, 2018) – Himad Ullah Khan Khattak, MD, is joining Middletown Cardiology Associates, a practice of Premier Physician Network. Dr. Khattak is an interventional cardiologist who received his medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Pakistan. 

He completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and an advanced heart failure and heart transplant fellowship at the University of Alabama. He also did a cardiology fellowship and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Kettering Medical Center.

Middletown Cardiology Associates is located at 103 McKnight Dr., Suite A. The office is accepting new patients and can be reached by calling (513) 217-6400.
