Elaine K. Scott, APRN, joins New Lebanon Family Care

DAYTON, Ohio (September 4, 2018) – Elaine K. Scott, ARPN, is joining New Lebanon Family Care. Ms. Scott is a family nurse practitioner who previously worked at Brookville Family Care, another Premier Physician Network practice. Ms. Scott has been serving patients on a temporary basis at New Lebanon Family Care, but has now joined the practice full-time.
