Jacqueline R. Isaacs, CNP, is joining Brookville Family Care

DAYTON, Ohio (October 2, 2018) – Jacqueline R. Isaacs, CNP, is joining Brookville Family Care. Ms. Isaacs received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Brookville Family Care is located at 950 Salem Street in Brookville and includes Salva Ahmed, MD, Susan Davis-Brown, MD, and Andrew Diller, MD. The practice is accepting new patients and can be reached by calling (937) 833-4582(937) 833-4582.
