Charles Joseph Uhl, AGNP, Joins Upper Valley Family Medicine 

DAYTON, Ohio (October 26, 2018) – Charles Joseph Uhl, AGNP, is joining Upper Valley Family Medicine. Mr. Uhl received his bachelor’s of science in nursing from Shawnee State University and his master’s of science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati.

Upper Valley Family Medicine has locations in Piqua and Troy and includes Leah Gale, FNP, Irina Gendler, MD, Roger Goodenough, MD, Michele Josefovsky, FNP, Kathryn Lorenz, MD, J. Christopher Peters, MD, Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD and Jon Silk, MD. Mr. Uhl will see patients at their Piqua location, which is located at 280 N. Looney Rd., Suite 203.
