Two Premier Physician Network Practices Combine Operations

DAYTON, Ohio (April 12, 2019) – Franklin Family Practice and Springboro Family Medicine will combine their practice operations, but keep their separate names. The two Premier Physician Network practices will share providers between locations as a way to enhance service to its patients. 

The practices include Aaron Block, MD, Ariana Herbert, MD, Joshua Ordway, MD, Leanne Demmitt, FNP, and Mary Lou O’Brien, FNP. Franklin Family Practice is located at 8401 Claude-Thomas Way, Suite 21D, and Springboro Family Medicine is located at 630 N. Main St., Suite 210.
