Middletown Cardiology Associates relocates Middletown location, opens new location in Liberty Township

Dayton, Ohio (June 17, 2019) – Middletown Cardiology Associates will relocate its main office to Franklin from Middletown and open a new, additional location in Liberty Township.

Middletown Cardiology Associates’ main office will now be located at 5275 State Route 122, Suite 200, in Franklin, Ohio. It will also open a new satellite location in Liberty Township, at 6615 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Suite B.

Middletown Cardiology Associates, a Premier Physician Network practice, is a multi-specialty cardiovascular practice with eight physicians and five locations throughout Southwest Ohio. The practice is accepting new patients and can be reached by calling (877) 229-0321.
