Christopher J. Rizzi, MD, joins Premier ENT Associates

Middletown, Ohio (September 16, 2019) – Christopher J. Rizzi, MD, is joining Premier ENT Associates, a Premier Physician Network practice. Dr. Rizzi received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. He completed the otolaryngology residency program at University of Maryland Medical Center, and a facial plastic surgery fellowship at Washington University St. Louis. 

               Dr. Rizzi joins Jeffery Adam, MD, FACS, Stewart Adam III, MD, FACS, Sameep Kadakia, MD, and Laura Tully, MD and will see patients at the practice’s Middletown office located at 4222 Grand Avenue.  The practice has additional locations in Troy and Dayton.
