Kristen Kolat, APRN-CNP, FNP-C

Kristen completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University in Kent, OH in 2010. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kristen has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brings nine years of cardiothoracic ICU and coronary ICU nursing experience to her career as a family nurse practitioner.
