Because early detection is key to successful treatment, we're offering FREE pre-colonoscopy telephone interviews and evaluations, allowing qualifying patients to skip the required in-office visit before scheduling a colonoscopy. 

Pre-colonoscopy telephone interviews and evaluations are:

• Convenient: Call us from the comfort of your home or office – no travel required
• Quick: Most calls last 10 to 15 minutes – saving you time
• Cost Saving: The call is free – no insurance required

After pre-colonoscopy phone appointments:

• Qualifying patients can be scheduled for a colonoscopy at either Upper Valley Medical Center or Hyatt Surgery Center.
• Some patients may be referred for an in-office visit before scheduling a colonoscopy. (Co-pays and other fees for the in-office visit may apply.)

Patients with any of these symptoms will need an in-office visit before scheduling a colonoscopy:

• Any changes in bowel habits 
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Rectal bleeding or blood in stool
• Frequent stomach cramps
• Feeling like you didn’t go enough
• Weight loss that cannot be explained
