Cyst and fibroadenomas really do not increase the risk of developing breast cancer. Cysts, not really. Fibroadenomas, we might follow them, because fibroadenomas, although they are benign, they can enlarge. We've taken them out as big as grapefruits or larger, so for a year or more, we will follow them by physical exam, and by breast ultrasound, just to check for growth. There's two different kinds of hyperplasia. Ductal Hyperplasia and Lobular Hyperplasia. What that means is, is that if a needle biopsy is done, the Pathologist will see increased number of cells under the microscope. They're not clearly normal cells. They're not clearly cancerous cells. They're kind of in-between, so that they call it ... It's an increased number of cells that we use the word Atypical. That's why those patients need an open surgical biopsy, to provide simply more tissue for a Pathologist to look at, to be sure is there cancer there or not?
