Electrophysiologists treat abnormal heart rhythms in several different ways. There are fast rhythms of the heart and there are slow rhythms of the heart. Some of those rhythms can be treated with medications; some of those rhythms can be, can be treated with ablation, which is a curable procedure for rhythm problems.
