Urinary incontinence is very common and, like I said, very rare, occasional event may not be bothersome to a patient, but when it begins to interfere with their daily activities women really should seek help. They should not consider to be a normal part of getting older. For many women, you know they have fear, though, of going to see a doctor about this because they think it's going to mean surgery, it's not bad enough that I am ready for surgery and what they don’t realize is there really are a lot of conservative treatments that can help the symptoms and very often these patients can be treated without having going to the operating room.
