New exercise routines. When you’re considering a new exercise routine there are lots of things you should consider. Some of those things are . . . what you want to do, how high of an impact can you take. If you’re younger and the joints are in a little bit better shape sometimes the higher impact stuff is appropriate. A little older maybe you want to consider things like water aerobics that a little less impactful on the joints themselves. There are a lot of things to keep in mind with the activity level, how much you want to do, how often you’re going to do it and that all can be discussed with your physician.
