Is there an association between hormone replacement therapy and ovarian cancer?

People have looked at the links between hormone replacement therapy and ovary cancer. Obviously when people go through menopause, that transition, sometimes benefits from supplementation with hormone replacement. It makes people feel better. As we look at big cohorts of women who have gone through hormone replacement therapy and follow them to see how they do in their lifetime as far as their cancer risks, it doesn't seem that it increases it significantly. Maybe a little bit, but not significantly.
