Its difficult to say in concrete terms how often a first aid kit should be replaced. Definitely, the components should be monitored every few months to make sure that there are no expiration dates that are passing. But, as long as your checking the first aid kit every few months to make sure there aren't any expiration dates that are passing, and also to make sure that you're restocking the medications or items in a first aid kit, you'll be in good shape.
