Nominations Open For 2020 Nurse Recognition

The online nomination process is now open for Premier Health’s seventh annual nursing recognition awards banquet, which will be held on the evening of Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at the Schuster Performing Arts Center in downtown Dayton.

Award categories are:

Clinical Practice
Education
Leadership
Preceptorship
Partner in Practice
Novice of the Year
Cameos of Caring
Performance Improvement/Research
Lifetime Achievement

You can nominate outstanding nurses or partners in practice by vising the Nursing page on SharePoint and clicking on “Nursing Recognition” in the left column, or by going directly to this website: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NurseRecNom2020. Look for a nomination tip sheet on the Nursing page on SharePoint as well.

The nomination period began Sept. 1 and will end Friday, Jan. 17, 2020.
