Wright State University for my Bachelor’s

What brought you to Premier Health?
In 2019, I interviewed for a patient care technician position at a job fair. Started as a PCT on medical oncology at the Miami Valley Hospital main campus. Transitioned to the NICU about a year later while in nursing school. Upon graduation, I started as a NICU RN in 2020, and I did that until this year when I became a family nurse practitioner in primary care.
Why did you choose medicine as a career?
The biggest reason I chose medicine as my career is to help people and make a positive impact in their lives. Also, medicine is constantly evolving, and I love learning new things!
Who are the people who influenced and/or mentored you?
I am truly blessed and have MANY people in my life who have influenced and/or mentored me. However, the biggest mentor in my life is my Dad.
What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
I was born and raised in Arizona.

The beach because it is beautiful and is so relaxing!
