Elizabeth Place PSC Relocates to Better Serve the Community
To better serve our patients, CompuNet is excited to announce the relocation of our Elizabeth Place Patient Service Center to a more accessible northwest Dayton location inside the Premier Health YMCA at 2649 Salem Avenue, Suite 550, in Dayton. Our Elizabeth Place location will be operational until December 27, 2023. Doors at the new location will open on January 2, 2024.
This strategic move reflects our commitment to providing top-notch lab services in a location that aligns with community needs. Operating hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m.). The new location ensures convenient access for our patients.
Our new 1,288-square-foot facility will be staffed by a dedicated team of three employees – two full-time and one part-time – ensuring personalized care and service. CompuNet remains committed to providing a comprehensive suite of testing services, including Quest Biometrics, Quest/CompuNet drug screening, direct access tests, physician orders, and COVID home kits.
Share The Gift Of Health With Friends And Family This Season!
CompuNet’s Gift of Health promotion offers discounts on nearly all of CompuNet’s direct access tests, which are available to purchase without a physician’s order. The offer ends March 31, 2024, at all CompuNet Patient Service Centers.
CompuNet and Premier Health employees currently receive the same Gift of Health discount on CompuNet’s direct tests year-round. For a limited time, these same discounts can be extended to friends and family through the Gift of Health promotion.
Individuals may schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are also welcome. Payments are made at time of service by credit or debit card. Test results will be available within a day or two through CompuNet’s online patient portal, My Labs Now*. Get more information on Gift of Health discounts.
