Fidelity Health Care Expands Partnership with Springfield Masonic Communities

Fidelity Health Care has expanded its partnership with Springfield Masonic Communities, now serving as its preferred provider for various on-campus services. These include home care, home infusion, home medical equipment, and private duty care. This partnership builds on the relationship established two years ago through Fidelity’s Occupational Health division, which operates an on-site specialty clinic at Springfield Masonic Communities. Since spring 2022, this clinic has provided health care services to residents and employees, including illness treatment and new hire physicals.

Springfield Masonic Communities’ campus features independent living, assisted living, and a skilled nursing facility. As part of the expanded partnership, Fidelity Health Care will handle off-campus referrals for patients discharged from the skilled nursing facility, ensuring continuity of care as they transition back to their homes.
