Premier Health Survivorship Program

Premier Health’s cancer care extends beyond diagnosis and treatment to help patients get the support they need for body, mind, and spirit on their cancer journey. Services such as exercise therapy, massage therapy, nutrition support, genetic counseling, social services, and support groups are important to aid emotional, physical, and spiritual healing of all patients – and support for their loved ones. Recent service enhancements for all Premier Health cancer patients, regardless of their treatment location, include virtual and telehealth options. 

Now known as the health system’s Survivorship Program, we are working on a more succinct referral process in EPIC. In the meantime, referring providers can now access a streamlined referral packet online.
