Provider Praise: April 2024

Premier Health patients submit thousands of comments each year acknowledging providers across our health system for delivering excellent care. Here is a random sampling of appreciation received in recent months.

Meta Howard, APRN: Meta is terrific! Very informative, caring, and empathetic. She always listens to me and treats me with respect. The office staff is also wonderful. Efficient, welcoming, and diligent. Visits go very smoothly.

Megan Shortridge, APRN: Megan was very professional, and her nurse took the time to answer some of my questions.

Zachary Townsend, DO: Dr. Townsend is a wonderful physician. He listens carefully to my concerns and is very thoughtful with his responses. He does not try to push his ideas and beliefs. 

Michael Robertson, MD: Dr. Robertson is an excellent physician. He always listens. I know I'm in great care with him as my doctor.
