Service Line Leadership Updates
In our ongoing pursuit to promote collaboration, consistency, and alignment and to achieve our shared organizational goals, we want to inform you of some updates to leadership roles and responsibilities across Premier Health. As we continue to evolve as a health system, these changes are a strategic step toward ensuring our long-term success and are intended to drive new efficiencies across the health system.
Deb Kiser, MHA, system vice president of cardiovascular service line, Premier Health cardiovascular service line executive lead for joint venture with The Christ Hospital Health Network. Deb most recently held the position of executive director for The Christ Hospital Health Network's Heart and Vascular Institute. With more than two decades of experience in nursing and health care process improvement, she has a wealth of expertise. Her previous roles include executive director of quality and clinical services at Lucid Health in Columbus, as well as leadership positions such as heart and vascular service line director and system director for clinical operations at OhioHealth. Deb earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a master’s in healthcare administration from Ohio University. Deb reports to Darin Pangalangan, MD, system vice president of clinical service lines.
Rhonda Seidenschmidt, system vice president of ambulatory services and medical imaging, Premier Health. In this capacity, Rhonda oversees the strategic direction and performance of outpatient services and medical imaging across the health system. With more than 25 years of expertise in hospital and ambulatory service operations, Rhonda brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Her journey began at Premier Health in 2004, where she initially served as a registered radiologic technologist. Over the years, she demonstrated increasing leadership capabilities. In 2010, Rhonda transitioned to Atrium, assuming the role of manager of ambulatory imaging and diagnostic radiology. During her tenure, she collaborated closely with various departments, including nursing, to streamline care coordination with medical imaging and enhance operational processes. Rhonda earned an associate degree in radiologic technology from Sinclair Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Rhonda reports directly to Keith Bricking, MD.
