Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 12.5 oz can white chicken breast, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 oz can green enchilada sauce
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
To reduce the sodium, you can use no-added-salt beans, Healthy Request cream of chicken, low sodium chicken broth, and low sodium taco seasoning (or make your own taco seasoning and omit the salt).
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low.
Serving size is 1 to 1.5 cups.
