Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 4 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Toss all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth,
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
