Ingredients
- 1 pound (2 cups) shredded chicken breast, baked or rotisserie
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup grapes (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If cooking chicken breast:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Put aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Place 1 pound of chicken breast (one large breast) onto pan and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon oil of choice (optional).
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
For chicken salad:
- Shred chicken and place in bowl.
- Chop up grapes.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Season with salt & pepper.
