Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 2/3 cup flax meal
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Heaping 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place the oats, flax meal, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine. Add the seed butter, maple syrup, and vanilla and stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips. This mixture should form a dough that's easy to form into balls that stick together. If the mixture seems too dry, add a splash more maple syrup.
- Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, roll the dough into balls. Transfer to a small storage container and keep in the refrigerator.
Notes
This double batch makes about 12 servings (2 balls per serving; 24 balls total). Cut recipe in half if making at home.
