Spicy Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 cups corn (about 4 to 5 corn cobs, husks removed)
- 1 poblano pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium high heat.
- Brush the poblano pepper and corn with oil.
- Place over the grill and let the pepper and corn develop grill marks, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let cool.
- Once cooled, chop poblano pepper into chunks and remove corn from cob.
- Transfer both into large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl; toss until combined.
- Adjust seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
