Ready to apply?

Interested students should be at least 14 years of age to job shadow, and at least 16 years of age for emergency and surgery-specific shadowing opportunities. All individuals will also need completed proof of the Covid-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap and Flu vaccines as well as a negative TB test. High school students in good standing can apply for a one-time, four-hour job shadow and those looking to explore multi-day shadowing opportunities should download the application and forward your documents directly to jobshadowing@premierhealth.com.
