Visiting Patients Diagnosed With COVID-19
Thank you for your assistance and understanding in keeping everyone safe! Effective April 1, 2023, visitor restrictions will be adjusted to accommodate our patients and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Normal visitation guidelines are now in effect for patients who do not have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.
- Visitation for confirmed or suspected COVID-19 cases:
- Patients will be permitted one (1) visitor at a time.
- Visitors for any confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patient must remain in the room or depart the facility upon conclusion of the visit.
- Additional visitation adjustments may be required based on clinical situation.
Screening And Mask Guidelines
Masks are optional for all visitors.
- No COVID-19 positive persons or symptomatic individuals awaiting test results will be permitted to visit patients.
- All visitors are asked to self-screen for symptoms or exposure history and to not visit if they have respiratory symptoms or exposure to anyone with COVID-19 in the last 5 days.
- Employees, staff, patients, and visitors must wash their hands, and/or use hand sanitizer, before and after leaving rooms and hospital buildings.
- Visitors MAY wear a mask in all areas of the hospital/facility, including in private patient rooms to help protect patients and others. Visitors are strongly encouraged to wear the mask provided by the hospital facility if they choose to wear one.
- Masks or facial coverings must fully cover the nose and mouth.
