Support is Crucial!
Who or what is your biggest support system?
I've already touched on how social media can help you reach your goals and keep you on track (love my Facebook support group!), But that isn't my main rock. That honor (and burden, at times) goes to my husband Rob.
I can't mention support without mentioning my husband Rob. In every way, he is the most supportive and enduring partner I can ask for. When I'm working he will cook my dinner for me (usually one of our meal delivery dinners or an awesome treat like his signature cauliflower mac-n-cheese). He has been on my roller coaster ride of weight loss and gain ever since we got together in college 14 years ago.

Unfortunately, at time, this means we also enable each other's bad habits of eating crap and not exercising. When I told him about my new plans and goals for how to make it stick this time, he jumped in headfirst. He will go hiking with me, to the gym, walking the dogs, and besides cooking - go to the grocery store. I am so grateful to have his love and constant support. We can only do this and succeed because we have each other. We are going to keep pushing each other to be better!
