Who Should Get a Premier Health Heart CT?

Adults who have one or more of the following risk factors may want to consider a Heart CT:

• Diabetes
• Family history of early heart disease
• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol
• Obesity
• Physical inactivity
• Smoking

A Premier Health Heart CT is not indicated for patients with low heart disease risk (under age 40 with no known risk factors) or those who have already been diagnosed with heart disease. Patients with symptoms, such as chest pain, should consult with their health care provider.
