What You Can Expect
Rehabilitation begins after your initial treatment in the hospital. You may be recommended for inpatient rehabilitation, an intensive recovery program that takes place within the hospital. When you’re ready to leave the hospital, we’ll help you prepare for the adjustment and re-establishment of life at home, school, work, and in the community.
Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program
Our Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program helps you transition from the hospital to daily living within the community.
A Physician Order Is Not Required
The state of Ohio Physical Therapy Practice Act and Premier Health both allow patients to be seen via Direct Access. That means no physician order is required.
However, some insurance companies require a physician order, so check with your insurance plan or ask our team to assist you.
