Prior to her role as CEO, Mary worked in executive positions in hospital operations since joining MVH in 1984 as a post graduate management fellow under then CEO Rush Jordan. <yt-formatted-string>Tom Breitenbach joined Miami Valley Hospital in 1979 as chief financial officer. He served as president and CEO from 1988 to 1998. In 1995 he co-founded Premier Health Partners. The company later expanded to include Middletown Regional Hospital (now Atrium Medical Center) and Upper Valley Medical Center.
